Turkey Stroganoff
In a dutch oven or deep skillet, melt the butter. Add the onion and cook until slightly browned, about 8 minutes.
Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they begin to brown as well.
To the pan add the turkey, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until turkey is almost cooked through.
Add the broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer then cook until the sauce thickens.
Turn the heat off and stir in the sour cream then adjust seasoning to taste and serve over egg noodles.
