Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 onion, diced
 1 pepper, diced
 4 tomatoes, diced
 14 oz canned tomatoes, diced
 1 cup mushrooms, diced
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 tbsp dried basil
 ¼ tsp each: dried oregano, salt, pepper
 ¼ cup light cream
 1 tbsp butter
Directions

In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat.

To that add all the vegetables, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and continue to boil 5 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates.

Reduce heat to lowest, stir in whipping cream and butter and gently simmer 5 more minutes.
