Tabbouleh
Ingredients
115 g bulgur wheat
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 large cucumber, chopped
2 bunches herbs (parsley and dill), finely chopped
10 mint leaves, finely chopped
2 limes, juiced
3 tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste

Soak bulgur in a medium bowl of water for 5-7 minute then drain very well.

To the bulgur add the chopped vegetables, herbs, lime juice, olive oil and salt. Mix gently.

Cover the tabouli and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
