Sandwich Bread
In a stand mixer or large bowl combine all the ingredients until a dough forms. Then kneed or mix with a dough paddle for about 5-6 minutes until the dough is smooth and shining.
Grease a bowl and place the dough inside and let rise until doubled in sized, about 90-120 minutes.
Shape the risen dough in to an log and place in a loaf pan, then cover for greased wrap or a towel and let rise again for about an hour until the dough domes over the edge of the loaf pan.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and once ready, bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until the top is a golden brown.
