Dak Galbi (Spicy Chicken)

Ingredients
 1 lb chicken
 1 small onion, diced
 1 red pepper, diced
 ½ lb asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
 5 oz cabbage, shredded
 2 oz green onion, chopped roughly
Sauce
 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili pepper flakes)
 1 tbsp sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp rice wine
 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili pepper paste)
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 tsp ginger, grated
 2 tsp sesame oil
 sesame seeds
Directions

Mix all the sauce ingredients well in a bowl and mix in the piece of chicken. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken and vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat if the ingredients stick to the pan. Cook through, adding a few tablespoons of water to the pan if anything sticks to the pan.
