Ingredients
 1 lb ground meat
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 onion, chopped
 1 tbsp garlic paste
 8 oz tomato paste
 15 oz diced tomatoes
 2 cups mixed vegetables
 300 g pasta, cooked and drained
 ¼ cup cheddar, grated
 2 tbsp mustard
 salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

In a large saucepan on medium heat cook the onions until translucent.

To the onions add the vegetables, ground meat and garlic and cook mixture until the meat is browned.

To the pan add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and cooked pasta then stir until heated through.

Stir in mustard, cheese, other spices, and salt and pepper to taste.
