Aloo Puffs
Heat oil in a pan and to that add the cumin and onion. Fry until the onions are clear.
To the pan add the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric, peas, potatoes, salt, and garam masala. Stir and let fry for 4-5 minutes.
Turn the heat off, add the lemon juice and the cilantro and then let the mixture cool completely.
Once the mixture is cooled, cut the puff pastry in to 6 sections, spoon the filling on the pastry and seal the pastry.
Brush the tops of pastry with egg wash and cut slits at the top to allow air to escape.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F.
