Menu: The Daystar

The heat just keeps chugging on so I’m keeping this weeks menu simple so I don’t get too frustrated about cooking in to heat (can you imagine trying to make pasta when you’re sweating too much to hold on to things?).

Saturday squash and black bean chili, chive muffins, salad
out with milan at Sfäär

Sunday eggs and toast
chicken kerala, rice

Monday vegetable pad thai, salad, boiled egg, fruit
salmon and leek quiche

Tuesday biscuits with mushroom ragu, carrots and hummus, fruit
chicken kerala, rice

Wednesday salmon and leek quiche, salad, fruit
pasta with peas in a cream sauce

Thursday chicken kerala, rice, salad, fruit
biscuits with mushroom ragu

Friday pickled carrot and cucumber sushi, miso soup, fruit
homemade pizza
