After finally getting our peaches under control (deliciously) things are more easy to manage with the CSA this week since I feel like we can use/freeze/eat everything we got. I still have a jar of pickled beets to send home too but I really hate the post office so that will have to wait.

1 pound slicing tomatoes
3 sweet yellow banana peppers
1 pound baby green beans
1.5 pounds summer squash
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
1 onion
1 head garlic

lunch – leftovers
dinner – pasta w/ squash and broccoli
Wednesday
lunch – cauliflower soup, tomatoes, and a plum
dinner – turkey helper
Thursday
lunch – cauliflower soup, tomatoes, and a plum
dinner – squash and tomato galette
Friday
lunch – cauliflower soup, tomatoes, and a plum
dinner – shrimp w/ green beans
Saturday
lunch – stir fry
dinner – homemade pasta w/ broccoli sauce
Sunday
lunch – pancakes
dinner – omelets with veggies and salsa
Monday
lunch – sandwich and fruit
dinner – fish and chips
Boring lunches, but tasty at least!
