I have been really bad about bentos (with 0 pictures!) and have only made 2 and in addition I didn’t really stick to this weeks menu plan either. Going to try and be a bit more together this week but the holidays make stuff much more difficult.
Sunday:
lunch – pancakes, yogurt, fruit
dinner – burritos
Monday:
lunch – chicken cheese chili
dinner – gyro salad
Tuesday:
lunch – couscous w/ spinach
dinner – duck coconut red curry
Wednesday:
lunch – rice and beans
dinner – shrimp dish tbd
Thursday:
lunch – stir fry
dinner – eggplant parm
Friday:
lunch – leftovers
dinner – pizza rolls
Saturday:
lunch – chicken dumping soup
dinner – potato gratin
