It’s been really hectic these past few week. I’ve been in to making crafts lately because of my friend Mochi so I feel like I just have a little less time to cook because of that. This week I’ll be shipping out my Xmas gifts which will take a big weight off my back 🙂 Anyway basic menu for the week below like usual.
Sunday:
lunch – chicken tikka masala with salad
dinner – burritos
Monday:
lunch – pancakes, fruit, and cheese
dinner – cheese pizza
Tuesday:
lunch – couscous with spinach
dinner – shrimp with green beans
Wednesday:
lunch – sandwiches
dinner – quiche
Thursday:
lunch – rice and beans
dinner – creamy tortellini soup
Friday:
lunch – leftovers
dinner – out @ Sushi Mojo
Saturday:
lunch – stir fry
dinner – pasta with veggies
